At this time I would like to thank all of you for your past business and for any future business that may occur! I have come to regard my clients as friends after working so closely with you to help you purchase a home! It is impossible not to become part you each other's lives during this process!
Merry Christmas to all and may you also enjoy a prosperous New Year!
I have a sister who lives in Perth Western Australia and the other day their high temp and our high temp had a 53 degree difference! Their high temp was +35 and ours was -18! Yikes!

Food Bank
The Salmon Arm and area food bank needs help from our community! Eagle Homes and the staff have done or pledged to do the following things for the food bank and we wish to challenge you to help out in a similar fashion!
1) Eagle Homes has donated $1,500 dollars to the Salmon Arm food bank and $1,000 to the Revelstoke food bank!
2) For every home that Eagle Homes sells we will donate $500 to the local food bank. If the home is sold in Revelstoke then the $500 will be donated to the Revelstoke food bank or the food bank servicing that area!
3) During our staff Christmas party a 50/50 draw was held with the proceeds going to the Salmon Arm food bank. The amount raised was $125!
4) Also during our staff Christmas party, all staff were encourage to bring non-perishable food items and we were able to drop off several boxes full of food items to Dave at the S/A food bank!
5) Our staff has gone through their closets looking for warm jackets, toques, scarves, mittens and gloves to donate as well.
6) The food bank is putting Christmas food hampers together on December 16th. Staff members are looking at scheduling to see if we can each work an hour or two (maybe more) depending on our work load that day!
7) The Salvation Army requires help with their Kettle Drive! Dave from the Salvation Army/Food Bank indicated that a sign can be made up to say that the kettle is manned by staff from “your business” and any help would greatly be appreciated! Our staff is looking at our own personal schedules to see who can help out at what dates and times.
Let’s all help to make our community stronger!

Referral Rewards
Today I had the pleasure of hand delivering a $250 prepaid fuel card to two different ladies from Revelstoke! Their referrals ended up as sales and for that we are more than happy show our appreciation! If either of them refers a second client who purchases a home, their next prepaid fuel card will be worth $500! This referral program ROCKS!
Fuel Card Recipients
The above picture is Christy Mele! Christy and her hubby purchased a home from Eagle Homes a while ago and have referred at least one client to us! Thank you Christy!
Today I had the pleasure of hand delivering a $250 fuel cards to Amy Crowe. Amy Crowe has an award winning smile as she accepts a $250 prepaid fuel card for referring a client who ended up purchasing a home!

The "Cambridge"
-This is the Cambridge! It is the largest home that we can build and ship legally in BC in a double section home. There are larger homes in our triple section brochure but this home is loved by all that see it!
-From the Hardi-plank exterior, 5/12 roof pitch with dormers, finished drywall with round corners inside to the myriad of other options, this home is gorgeous! Most people are just amazed that this is a modular home! Stop by and have a walk through yourself!

AXE THE TAX!!
-Until October 15th 2008 Eagle Homes has painted over the GST on all Magnum 14 ft single section series. That means that you do not pay any tax! What we quote you will be your net price! Isn't that a deal in the days of high fuel prices and high taxes!
-Not only will you save the tax, you will also be buying an energy efficient modular home. You can expect greater comfort and most likely lower energy bills when you buy a new Moduline home!
-Contributing to the local economy is a fantastic spin-off buying a Moduline home. The homes are built in BC by British Columbians using mostly BC supplied components. The windows are made in Penticton, the Lumber is milled in BC, the tubs and showers are built in Armstrong, the cabinets and doors are made in BC and the list goes on. The plant employees live and spend their money in BC and the ecomonmy thrives!
